I mailed out 10 order forms to local Toyota dealers last week and got an order from Titus Will Toyota in Tacoma today.  The parts department manager actually called me with a purchase order number!

I came across this on a Prius forum – a lady was using bungee cords to keep her purse in place.  Love the creativity!

The Things We Do For Mothers

The Car Cubby was first prototyped in wood for my mom, who wanted a place to put her purse – she gets credit for identifying the need.  This was a hit, so I made a couple of more for other friends with Priuses, then decided to produce it using partially recycled plastic.

New Batch

I just had another batch of Car Cubbys made, using Seattle Plastics down on S. 1st Ave. They did a nice job and took these shots of the fabrication process.

Back in Action
